Pricing: Prices are subject to change; you will be charged the price in effect at time of order. The prices in this site are updated regularly. Item prices do not include delivery. Taxes, when applicable, will be included at check out. If ordering from abroad, the customer is responsible for international duties and taxes that may be applicable.
Shipping: For your own piece of mind, all orders will be shipped UPS Standard Ground, unless otherwise requested on your order. Shipping & Handling fees will be charged accordingly. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the US. If you wish to receive your order sooner, we can get your package to your door the next day (additional cost will apply).
Important: The shipping charge appearing on your receipt is only an estimate. The shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size and zip code as well as carrier and method of shipping.
For any packages sent via the US Postal Office, Massage Awareness will not take responsibility for damages, loss or theft.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If anything you order from Massage Awareness fails to meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days from the date of purchase. We will proceed with an exchange, refund, or credit. A $50 administration fee will be applied to refunds. Refunds DO NOT include shipping and handling fees.
Massage Awareness will not accept any returns after 15 days from the date of purhase.
To cancel your clinic, Training seminar or private tutoring:
In order to receive full refund your payment, minus a $50.00 administration fee we need to receive written notice in our office at least 14 days before the clinic/seminar date.
Massage Awareness will not refund clinic fees if the participant(s) does not complete the clinic or does not attend the clinic. Any changes in the attendance of the training must be discussed with us and will be decided according to availability. In the event that a participant must withdraw from the clinic once it has started, due to illness, injury or family emergency, Massage Awareness will credit their account for the clinic missed (excluding their expenses eg: travel, hotel & minus an administration fee of $50.00).
In the case of unforeseeable circumstances, and if M.A. Inc. must cancel or reschedule a clinic, your account will be credited and you will be notified of these changes 14 days prior to the session dates. Massage Awareness cannot be held liable for travel or associated expenses. We will make every effort to ensure a clinic occur as planned.
